Robert L. Gatliff

Mr. Gatliff, a Las Vegas, Nevada resident, has been a long-time participant in CAB activities.  Prior to retirement, he spent 37 years as a practicing engineer primarily related to petroleum industry drilling activities.  He also spent 4-1/2 years working with or for the Atomic Energy Commission as a drilling engineer in the nuclear testing program.  Mr. Gatliff holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa.  He joined the CAB in 2004 and has served on the Budget, Underground Test Area, and Recruitment Committees.
