Stephen Mellington, Liaison

As the Assistant Manager for Environmental Management at the U.S. Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration Nevada Site Office,  Mr. Mellington plans and implements guidelines to ensure that all Environmental Management activities are conducted in a manner consistent with the orders and policies of the U.S. Department of Energy.  He supervises a staff of more than 20 scientists, engineers, and analysts working with an annual budget of approximately $90 million.  Mr. Mellington holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Soil Science and Natural Resource Planning from the University of Maryland, College Park.
