Helen Neill, Technical Advisor

Dr. Neill manages a grant to provide research assistance for CAB projects. The grant supports both graduate and undergraduate students working on CAB activities. Dr. Neill is a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She earned a Ph.D. in Economics in 1992 from the University of New Mexico in the fields of Environmental and Natural Resource Economics. She teaches a variety of courses relating to natural resource use and environmental quality at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Her research agendas include examining environmental decisions by government agencies and estimates for air quality and environmental contamination through spatial hedonic models.
