Harold Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan, a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, holds a degree in Urban Affairs Policy Formation from the University of Rhode Island and a certificate in Japanese Studies from Seinan University, Fukuoka, Japan.  He is a U.S. Army veteran who is pursuing a degree in Elementary Education at Sierra Nevada University.
